Shadow Shot Sunday # 24

The lovely Hey Harriet hosts Shadow Shot Sunday - drop by her blog to see all the fantastic shadows!

My shadow shot today is a tale of domesticity on a very hot day ... the washing was dry in an hour and made very neat, ordered shadows on the paving.

And I only got to take one shot because as I lined up to take others, a little cloud crept over the sun and ruined my shadows!

Happy Sunday everyone!

That is a fun shadow! It looks like you have mostly little people clothes on that line...little socks and short and shirts! Very sweet.
Your weather sure is different from mine!!

Great shot! I thought it is was an oil spill at first. I was trying to figure out what housechores and oil had to do with each other. Ha ! Ha!

I love the smell of laundry dried on the line. Thanks for gifting us with that glimpse of sweet domesticity.

That's cute! The shadows kind of look like a crazy form of abstract calligraphy. I was pleasantly surprised to find you playing SSS, as for some reason I thought you were in Sydney. Possible you are. Washing & blogging in Sydney. Wherever you are Ali, hope you are enjoying your holidays. I must say that I'm very jealous of the length of holdays you teachers get! I'm sure you deserve every second of them though :)

Domestic bliss at its best - sun-dried laundry. I had a bit of a giggle when I noticed you do what I do - hide the intimates behind sheets and towels!

This is like looking at clouds and seeing things - only here, the sun + laundry = dogs, ducks, maybe even a seahorse.......
Kids could play I spy with this shadow shot!!

The one shot you managed is a great one. I'm glad the cloud didn't bring any rain.
