I'm a bit late this week - we have been soaking up the sun and good times on the Gold Coast all weekend.
I'm also cheating a bit: the weather this weekend was so glorious and sunny, the kids were having so much fun, we had lovely company and the beach was looking so good ... but I forgot the camera :( so silly. SO, this is one I took a few weeks ago of our neighbour's palms on our wall. Nice, but not exciting like the Gold Coast, sorry!
Thanks again to HeyHarriet for her great SSS collages and Happy Sunday everyone!

These are certainly interesting, dark shadows of varied shapes!
But hey! I'd be soaking up sun on the Gold Coast too if I had the chance!
Oh? Cool! I didn't realise you did a shadow shot coz I didn't see you in Mr Linky. I'm as blind as a bat! It's a nice photo! I like b&w shots that are colour. Ummm...colour shots of b&w. I'm probably not making sense. I'm blind & don't make sense & I haven't even been drinking! Glad you had fun on the Gold Coast :)
I like the look of all those shadows sort of piled up on each other....the palm on top
There is no such thing as cheating..you did a wonderful job getting a shadow..no matter when..
Happy Sunday..
A very robust shadow!! Well done, nice to have a few up your sleeve just in case!! Sounds like glorious weather down your way - enjoy!! Love those red buttons from your friend, look forward to seeing what you make. :0)
Like a spiney creature lurking...cool shot.

The gold coast....lucky ducks.. more snow for us this week! Love your SS btw :D
Neat shadows! Lots of variety of shapes:)
Glad you had fun on the Gold coast! Sometimes it's fun to just enjoy the moment without thinking about taking pictures.
I agree with Rosebud, no such thing as cheating! I have so many shadow shots (I know I went a little crazy) that sometimes I use one that I've shot weeks ago too!
I love this shadow shot Ali, I'm a sucker for palms because it always reminds me of the beach. And speaking of...lucky you soaking up the sun on the Gold Coast!
Hello Ali, tks for popping over as usual :D

Oooh. That's pretty!
Oooh, I like this pic! How lovely to have had a weekend down the coast. I'm starting to feel desperate for a weekend away. I love to go just a bit further into the Byron Bay hinterland....maybe one day soon!!!!
Glad you were still able to get in your shadow shot! ;-)
