Shadow Shot Sunday #3

We have had miserable wintery weather here, still a mild 20 degrees, but not very conducive to shadows! Here's my shot for today. I thought a brolly would be suitable, considering the weather. It's not a great quality image, but I like the composition.

Thought I'd give an online tutorial a go stay tuned, I'm in the process of whipping up a tutorial on how to make the journal from my last post.

So strange to think of you having winter while we are in the middle of summer here!
Loved the photo of the brolly.
It's wet in New York too.......

hehe...perfect shadow shot for this wet weekend. I rather like your cool brolly too! I cheated & took my shadow shot earlier in the week while the sun was out. Saving my shadow shots for a rainy day ;)

Looking forward to your 'holiday journal' tutorial!

That amazes me, 20 degrees...it's been so hot, wet and humid here. Your clothes are wet through, after ten minutes of stepping outside to do whatever. So yes, your shadow shot is perfect! :)

I love the umbrella shadow, but also the extra arc of shadow ~ like an echo ~ further up the wall!

I sympathise with the weather. It was actually sunny for most of the day today in Melbourne!

Anyway, you did a wonderful job with the shadow shot..
